今回は、蒸し器不要・ホットケーキミックス使用・フライパン1つで手軽に作れる、『抹茶蒸しパン』をご紹介します！混ぜてフライパンで蒸すだけの超簡単レシピです。ホットケーキミックスを使うので、失敗知らずでどなたでもふわふわしっとりな蒸しパンに食感に仕上がります。さらに、今回は、ホワイトチョコレートもトッピングしてみました！日々のおやつにはもちろん、冷凍保存もできるので忙しい日の朝ごはんにもぴったりです！とても美味しいので、ぜひ作ってみてください！

This time, I’ll be introducing a simple “Matcha Steamed Bread” recipe that doesn’t require a steamer, uses pancake mix, and can be easily made in just one frying pan! It’s a super easy recipe where you just mix and steam in a frying pan. Because it uses pancake mix, it’s foolproof, and anyone can make fluffy and moist steamed bread. Furthermore, this time I’ve added white chocolate as a topping! It’s perfect for everyday snacks, and since it can be frozen, it’s also great for busy mornings! It’s very delicious, so please give it a try!

■材料（7個分）
・ホットケーキミックス 150g
・牛乳 100ml
・砂糖 30g
・卵 1個
・抹茶パウダー 小さじ2
・サラダ油 大さじ1
・ホワイトチョコレート 40g
■作り方
1.卵を溶きほぐし、砂糖・サラダ油・牛乳の順に加えその都度よく混ぜる。
2.ホットケーキミックスと抹茶パウダーをふるって加え混ぜる。
3.ホワイトチョコの2/3を細かく砕いて生地に加え混ぜる。
4.容器の中に生地を入れ残しておいたホワイトチョコを砕いて上にのせる。
5.フライパンに底から1cmほどの湯を沸かし、容器をおき蓋をして弱中火で10分蒸し完成。
■ingredients
・150g Pancake mix
・100ml Milk
・30g Sugar
・1 Egg
・2 tsp Matcha powder
・1 tbsp Vegetable oil
・40g White chocolate
■Instructions
1. Beat the eggs, then add the sugar, vegetable oil, and milk in that order, mixing well after each addition.
2. Sift in the pancake mix and matcha powder and mix.
3. Finely chop 2/3 of the white chocolate and add it to the batter, mixing well.
4. Pour the batter into a container and sprinkle the remaining white chocolate on top.
5. Boil about 1 cm of water in a frying pan, place the container in the pan, cover, and steam over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
